Zevenwacht Level 2 4×4 Training (9th February, 2025)
If you’ve done a novice 4×4 training course, then this course will get you up to the next level of ‘Intermediary’.
The course will be run by a fully qualified instructor and involve man-made obstacles, followed by a drive through natural terrain to test your new found skills.
There will be guides at the front and rear of the convoy to provide individual coaching and assistance when needed.
The 4×4 training fee includes:
A personal folder with a set of notes for revision on your next trip.
You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the training.
The price includes 2 way radio hire, maps, a Certificate of Completion, as well as course notes to take home with you.
(Please note that no pets are allowed)
All vehicles will be supplied with FM marine-quality two-way radios so we can all communicate. (This is included in the tour price.)
The price of the tour at R2395 includes guiding, pamphlets, maps, name tags, radio hire, and documentation. There is a small tariff for each additional passenger – see the options below:
1 vehicle / 1 person: R2,295
1 vehicle / 2 people: R2,395
1 vehicle / 3 people: R2,495
1 vehicle / 4 people: R2,595
MPSA arranges every last detail. We send you a packing list of what you need well before the training. All you have to do is arrive with your padkos and snacks and enjoy the training.
If you pay per EFT make sure you send us the payment confirmation within 24 hours of making the booking to confirm. Credit card payments enjoy instant confirmation.
Training will include:
Convoy driving etiquette, 2 way radio etiquette, understanding gearing and low range, understanding diff locks, safety techniques, recoveries, centre of gravity, off camber driving, steep ascents/descents, momentum and tyre deflation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel more than 60 days ahead of the tour:
* If you are able to resell your place to a friend or family member = 100% refund or 100% credit voucher.
* If we resell your ticket on your behalf = 80% refund or 100% credit voucher
If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the tour:
* If you are able to resell your place to a friend or family member = 100% refund or 100% credit voucher.
* If we resell your ticket on your behalf = 70% refund or 90% credit voucher
If you cancel less than 30 days before the tour:
* If you are able to resell your place to a friend or family member = 100% refund or 100% credit voucher.
* If we resell your ticket on your behalf = 60% refund or 80% credit voucher
